1.准备好鸡翅根,室温解冻。

2.将翅根去骨,去掉鸡皮,切成小条条状。(去掉的鸡皮其实也能炸着吃,吃起来嘎吱嘎吱超酥脆的~)

3.鸡肉条放入碗中,加入奥尔良烤肉料、食盐、生抽、蚝油、鸡粉和料酒。

4.搅拌均匀以后,腌制2小时或者其以上,入味儿更深。

5.腌制鸡肉的时候来调面糊,鸡蛋、低筋面粉和无铝泡打粉放入碗中。

6.加入少许的清水搅拌均匀。(裹一层面糊的鸡肉,炸出来更蓬松。)

7.将腌好的鸡肉先放入面糊中,裹一圈。

8.再去面包糠里滚一圈。

9.将植物油倒入锅中,中小火加热,油温上升到插入一根筷子周围有小气泡产生就差不多可以了。

10.这时候将鸡肉条放进去,转小火慢炸。

11.炸熟以后捞出来,放在厨房纸上吸去多余的油汁就可以啦。

12.炸好的鸡柳装盘,撒一点儿椒盐粉,磨一点儿黑胡椒。

小窍门&温馨提示
1、鸡翅根也可以换成鸡胸肉,切得时候超方便,不过翅根或是鸡腿肉炸出来的口感更嫩一些。
2、炸的时候一定要全程小火,不然火太大,会出现外面焦糊了里面还没熟的状况。
3、不放奥尔良烤肉料腌制也可以的哟。
